Peter Hirschmann

Peter leads Asurion’s mobile device protection business across the Asia region. Prior to joining the company to run the Asia business, he helped found one of the first private equity companies investing in Mainland China. He was also a partner with Bain & Company, where he focused primarily on technology and telecommunication companies. He has lived and worked in Asia for more than 15 years.

Mike Graham

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike oversees Asurion’s financial operations and participates in business development and analysis projects in the APAC region. Prior to joining Asurion, Graham held leadership roles in Star Group in Hong Kong and Astro All Asia Network PLC in Malaysia.

Tim Bailey

VP, Product and Channels
Asurion Asia Pacific Limited, Hong Kong

Tim is responsible for product development, product management, channel development, and regional marketing. Prior to joining Asurion, he spent 15 years at Intel Corporation in leadership roles in the US and Asia.

Michael Ting

Chief Legal Counsel

Responsible for all legal and compliance matters for Asurion’s businesses in Asia, Michael plays a significant role in new business development. Prior to joining Asurion, he served as the VP & Head of Compliance at Sun Life Hong Kong Ltd. and Regional Compliance Director at Western Union Financial Services (HK) Ltd.
 

Philip McWhirter

Philip brings a broad spectrum of Human Resources Management experience in Asian markets to Asurion. He is responsible for providing HR leadership with key areas of responsibility being organizational development, leadership development, and talent acquisition.

Anne Tsoi

 VP, Customer Service
Asurion Asia Pacific Limited, Hong Kong

Anne leads customer service operations across Asia Pacific.   She has over 18 years of experience in managing large-scale call center operations, system developments, people management, and quality assurance. Prior to joining Asurion, she was the Vice President of PCCW Teleservices regional operations managing over 3500 staff across Greater China. She is also a COPC registered coordinator.

Scott Searls

Scott is responsible for the operations of Asurion’s mobile device services business across Asia Pacific. Prior to that he ran supply and logistics operations for several large US-based wireless carriers as well as telecom equipment manufacturing businesses. He has worked all over the globe and is the only two-time recipient of the Institute of Supply Managements prestigious R. Gene Richter Award for Supply Excellence.

Takashi Kido

As one of the founding members of AJKK, Kido has played an integral part in the company’s launch and continuous growth. He is responsible for the full operation of AJKK. His previous experience includes leadership roles with SAS Institute Japan, McDonalds Japan K.K., Double Click Japan, and KPMG.

Ken Lu

Ken is responsible for running the Asurion operations in Greater China. He has 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has previously held various leadership positions with Motorola, NEC and Nokia Siemens Networks in China.

David Ho

He also plays a significant role in the successful launch of the handset protection products in the Greater China market. David has 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held leadership roles with Motorola, Nortel, Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks in Greater China.


Seung-Heum Baek

With over 20 years experience in the Korean telecommunications industry, Baek is leading business development opportunities with key customers while establishing strategic direction for the Korea team. He previously held leadership roles at AT&T and Lucent Technologies in Korea.

John Yang

As Chairman of Asurion Korea, Yang supports business development and executive relationship building with new carriers and open channels. He has held various leadership roles during his 31 years of career in the network equipment & solutions industry before he joined Asurion.

David Moffat

David has 30 years operating experience as an executive and public company director with a sustained performance record in telecommunications and subscription TV, financial services; technology retailing, and industrial products. David was with Telstra, on the boards of Telstra affiliated businesses Foxtel, CSL (Hong Kong) and Reach (Hong Kong) and was the CEO of GE and GE Capital Australia New Zealand.

Bart Vogel

Bart has 20 years in  management consulting and 10 years as a business leader in the technology industry. Before joining Asurion, Bart was a with Bain & Company as the co-leader of the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications practice across Asia Pacific and the Americas. Prior to that, he was with Lucent Technologies, and AT Kearney and Deloitte Consulting.

Katsumi Fujii

Fujii leads the organization’s growth and expansion by exploring new business opportunities in Japan. With 35-years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Fujii has played key roles with Avaya, Alcatel, Nortel Networks and Mitsubishi.
